Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 large onion, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients until evenly combined.
  2. Shape into a loaf on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake until browned and fully cooked.
  4. Rest before slicing thinly and serving.
