  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Method
