Method
- 1. Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and honey. Chill in the fridge while you prepare the rest.
- 2. Cook the Turkey: In a skillet over medium-high heat, warm sesame oil and add the turkey. Brown until cooked through (165°F), then reduce heat to medium-low and stir in garlic, ginger, spices, soy sauce, sriracha, broth, honey, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Thicken: Sprinkle in cornstarch and stir until the mixture thickens and becomes glossy. Optionally, add 1-2 tbsp of bang bang sauce to the turkey mixture for extra flavor.
- 4. Assemble: Build each bowl with rice, turkey mixture, fresh toppings, and drizzle generously with bang bang sauce. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
For meal prep, store turkey, sauce, and toppings separately for best texture. Add lime juice, orange zest, or chili oil for an extra flavor kick. Sauce is best made fresh and not frozen.
