Easy Banana Sushi Rolls

A fun, no-cook snack made by coating bananas in nut butter and crunchy toppings, then slicing them into bite-sized sushi rolls.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium bananas ripe but firm
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or sprinkles/granola

Method
 

  1. Peel the bananas and remove any stringy fibers.
  2. Spread a layer of peanut butter or yogurt over the top and sides of each banana.
  3. Sprinkle your chosen toppings (seeds, chocolate chips, granola) over the sticky layer.
  4. Slice the banana into 1-inch rounds using a sharp knife.
  5. Serve immediately as finger food or with chopsticks for fun.

Notes

  • Use sunflower butter for a nut-free school safe option.
  • Eat immediately to prevent browning.
